Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of PayPapi paid plans. PayPapi is offered by Daragiu Studios SRL, trading as "PayPapi". If you have any question about a charge, contact us at support@paypapi.io — we answer quickly.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every charge — your first purchase and every renewal — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. To receive a full refund, simply contact us within 14 days of the date of the charge. You do not need to give a reason.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of completing it, for any reason. Our 14-day money-back guarantee gives you at least the same protection, and nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
3. Free Trial
Free trials are never charged. If you cancel at any time during your trial, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund. If your trial converts to a paid subscription, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of that first charge.
4. Renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charge goes through and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@paypapi.io from the email address associated with your purchase (or simply reply to your receipt email). That's all we need. Refunds are processed by our payment provider (merchant of record) back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
